2. Data We Collect

• Account: Google profile (name, email, avatar) — for authentication.
• Stories: Your decisions and responses — encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
• Payments: Via Stripe. We store transaction IDs only. No card data.
• Analytics: Anonymous ID, device, country, usage — for improvement.

3. Cookies

Essential (no consent required): lp_anon_id (first-party, persistent, random anonymous identifier for aggregated stats — never combined with PII), lp_auth (first-party, session, authentication token).

Advertising (consent required): _fbp, _fbc (Meta, third-party, ad conversion tracking, 90-day expiry), _ttp (TikTok, third-party, ad conversion tracking, 13-month expiry). You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link.

4. Legal Basis

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Account, tokens, story generation.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Advertising cookies — via cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking Cookie Settings or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Essential analytics (aggregated, anonymous), security, fraud prevention.

5. Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (US) — hosting, CDN, database. Stripe, Inc. (US) — payment processing. Google LLC (US) — authentication. Anthropic PBC (US) — AI text generation. xAI Corp. (US) — AI image generation. Data processing agreements are in place with all processors.

6. Automated Decision-Making

Lifepath uses AI models to generate story content based on your decisions and profile. This is automated processing. No legally binding decisions are made. You may request human review by contacting aleksei@rhi.toys.

7. Retention

Accounts: until deletion. Sessions: 30 days. Analytics: aggregated, no PII beyond 90 days.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact: aleksei@rhi.toys.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), Bezuidenhoutseweg 30, 2594 AV Den Haag, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

9. Transfers

Data transferred to US (Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, Anthropic, xAI). Protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Security

All data transmitted over TLS 1.2+. Story data encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). No passwords stored (Google Sign-In only). IP addresses hashed (SHA-256) in analytics.

11. Children

Minimum age: 16 in the EEA, 13 outside. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the applicable age. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

Notice to parents (US): Lifepath requires age confirmation. If you believe your child has provided personal information, contact aleksei@rhi.toys.

12. Data Breaches

In the event of a breach likely to result in high risk to your rights, we will notify you without undue delay via email.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes notified 30 days in advance.

6. Автоматические решения

Lifepath использует ИИ для генерации контента. Юридически обязывающие решения не принимаются. Запрос на пересмотр: aleksei@rhi.toys.

7. Хранение

Аккаунты: до удаления. Сессии: 30 дней. Аналитика: PII не более 90 дней.

8. Ваши права
